Updated: September 5, 2026Using SoapFormula
SoapFormula provides formulation calculations, reference information, and optional recipe and batch-management tools. You must be legally able to accept these terms and use the service lawfully.
Formulation and safety responsibility
Calculations depend on the information you enter and on planning averages. You remain responsible for verifying every formula, ingredient identity, SAP value, alkali purity, supplier limit, production method, label, and legal requirement. SoapFormula is not a substitute for professional chemical, medical, or legal advice.
Accounts and content
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You retain ownership of recipes and production records you enter. You give SoapFormula permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, scrape at a harmful rate, or use SoapFormula to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Availability and liability
The service may change or occasionally be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoapFormula is provided without a guarantee that every calculation or reference will fit every material or process. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions can be sent to contact@soapformula.com.
