How SoapFormula handles account, recipe, device, and contact information.

Without an account, calculator drafts and saved recipes may be stored locally in your browser. With an account, SoapFormula processes the name and email you provide, authentication records, recipes, batches, inventory, cost settings, and related workspace data. If you email us, we receive your address and message.
Why we process it
We process information to provide calculations and saved workspaces, authenticate users, secure and troubleshoot the service, answer support messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Infrastructure and recipients
SoapFormula is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Service providers may process limited information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and control
Local data remains under your browser controls. Cloud account data is retained while needed to provide and secure the service and for legitimate legal or operational purposes. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us; applicable law may create additional rights.
Security and international use
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is risk-free. Because SoapFormula is available internationally, information may be processed outside your country with safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.
